Our warranty program sets the standard in the industry, covering both new homes and renovations. All new homes are registered with the Tarion New Home Warranty Program, Ontario’s only recognized warranty program for new homes, and we go above and beyond by offering a dedicated after-sales service representative for every client.
Upon completion, every homeowner receives a closing binder with essential information, including emergency services, warranties through Slotegraaf and Tarion, and a set of reference drawings for future use.
